Implementation Strategy: To ensure immediate progress, the parties have established a dedicated joint working group led by top executives and chief technologists from all sides. The group will meet monthly to coordinate, execute, and monitor a comprehensive joint Action Plan.

- Technical & Compliance Reporting: Authoring scoping studies, Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS), and Feasibility Studies (FS) in strict compliance with international standards such as JORC and NI 43-101.
