LUANDA, ANGOLA — In a major step toward advancing the geological and mining sector in Angola, INPROITEC SA Institute has officially entered into a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Consortium TPI.

Core Objectives of the Collaboration

The strategic alliance is designed to combine regional market expertise with cutting-edge global technology. The joint efforts will focus heavily on three major pillars:

  • Geology & Mining: Strategic mine planning, geological modeling, exploration data validation (QA/QC protocols), resource estimation, and life-of-mine (LoM) optimization.
  • Mineral Processing & Metallurgy: Laboratory and pilot-scale testing, basic engineering, plant design, and advanced mineral processing applications.
  • Technical & Compliance Reporting: Authoring scoping studies, Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS), and Feasibility Studies (FS) in strict compliance with international standards such as JORC and NI 43-101.

Implementation Strategy: To ensure immediate progress, the parties have established a dedicated joint working group led by top executives and chief technologists from all sides. The group will meet monthly to coordinate, execute, and monitor a comprehensive joint Action Plan.
